Placer Rides Program
The Placer County Transportation Planning Agency (PCTPA) is soliciting proposals for an agency or organization to administer and operate the Placer Rides Program on behalf of the Western Placer Consolidated Transportation Services Agency (WPCTSA). The term of the initial contract shall be for four years, with two one-year extension options. Proposals must be provided to PCTPA electronically, via a USB thumb drive, delivered to PCTPA’s office, located at 2260 Douglas Blvd., Suite 130, Roseville, CA 95661, by no later than 4:00pm on Monday, January 5, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted beyond the requested date and time
